Linc Energy continues to aggressively progress its first Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) demonstration plant in Australia, located in Chinchilla, South West Queensland. Having been gazetted a 'Project of State Significance' by the Queensland Government, we are now moving toward the development of the commercial plant at Chinchilla for the delivery of environmentally friendly fuel and power for Australia and overseas markets. This facility will be the first of its kind world-wide.

A number of exciting career opportunities are available as we continue to grow the Linc Energy team to achieve our business objectives.We are seeking experienced project managers and process engineers for the design, development, construction and operation of the GTL commercial facility utilising the highly specialised Fisher-Tropsch reactor design. To accomplish the commercialisation project, we have identified a number of key roles in the dedicated engineering team and it is likely these engineers will be sourced from local, interstate and overseas labour markets.
Immediate opportunities also exist in the Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) team as we continue to develop our Australian expertise and partner with our commercially experienced foreign personnel from Yerostigaz. We require individuals with a geology, and/or engineering qualification, specifically with experience in the coal/gas industry, to collaborate with our existing UCG experts in the delivery of commercial scale Underground Coal Gasification. This team will lead the development of the Chinchilla commercial site as well as research and develop our global UCG capabilities.
