Kim Franks is the driver behind creating a world-class team for Linc Energy.
She has a wealth of human resources experience working in large global organisations as well as medium sized enterprise.
Her past experience includes human resources roles with Nicol Robinson Halletts Lawyers and Deloitte Consulting.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Griffith University with a double major in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, and is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
