DON SCHOFIELD
General Manager, New Projects
Don Schofield has extensive world-wide experience in founding mining related private and public companies and has served in roles including Managing Director, General Manager, Mine Manager, Operations Manager, Exploration Manager and Project Manager within the petroleum, coal bed methane, mineral exploration, mining and drilling industries. He was also previously involved in some of the early Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) work performed in the USA in the early 1980's.
Don's qualifications include Bachelor Science majoring in mining engineering and geology and a Master of Arts in sedimentation and marine geology. At Linc Energy, Don is responsible for New Projects including Linc Energy's expansion into the United States and the evaluation of petroleum exploration potential of the organisation’s seven Petroleum Exploration Licenses in South Australia.
