CITY LEASE MOVES QUEENSLAND STEP CLOSER TO LAUNCHING AN AUSTRALIAN-FIRST FOR CLEAN DIESEL
A Queensland based company has brought renewed energy to its plans to launch an Australian-first for clean diesel by securing its new national head office premises in Brisbane's CBD.
Linc Energy, which is chaired by former Queensland Premier, Mike Ahern, has moved out of its Toowong address at Benson House and has leased half a floor of AMP Place at Eagle Street overlooking the Brisbane River and Storey Bridge.
Secured through James Seymour of CB Richard Ellis, the 280m2 space at AMP Place is being sub leased to Linc Energy over an initial two-year term by Spark Helmore.
Spark Helmore has retained one and a half floors of its two-floor lease for its own use. Linc Energy Managing Director, Mr Peter Bond, said the timing was right for them to make the move.
